All products listed on www.sarswatisadan.com meet relevant norms/ standards along with the NCERT, Publishing guidelines, specified by the respective Boards of Education. All Stationary items and copies sold on the portal meet statutory requirements.
Shipping Terms & Conditions
Your order is valuable to us and we take utmost care in delivering the same to you in a strong & reliable packing material. Your orders are delivered through road transportation and we ensure that your products are handled well and delivered in mint condition. To adhere to this promise, we use reliable Logistics services that have on-line tracking systems and professional management of operations (including cargo handling, sorting, loading/unloading and efficient transporting). For most of the City, we aim to deliver your ordered goods within 2-4 days’ time. In certain cases, owing to the remoteness of location, seasonal disturbances and other unforeseen situations, some orders may take longer to reach you. In such cases, our support team will keep you informed.
You have 2 delivery options to choose from:
- Door Delivery
You can also choose to get Door Delivery at the time of placing the order. The transportation costs might be included and are borne by you. You would need to pay the amount at the time of order booking or COD (cash on Delivery).
- Store Pickup
You may visit the nearest store of Saraswati Sadan, along with the order details with a valid ID proof and can pick up the product/s from our store.
Replacements, Returns & Refunds
sarsawatisadan.com is the only educational product & services platform that promises to deliver your ordered items free of any manufacturing defects or transportation damages. In an industry where almost all other manufacturers & distributors do not assume any transportation risks, we are committed to deliver on our promise.
In case you receive an item in a defective/damaged condition, you can place a request for replacement. To place a replacement request, you must contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with clear and visible images of the affected item within 24 hours of receiving the order. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
In case, for some reason we’re not able to provide a replacement for the item, we will process a refund request for the said item.
If you fail to inform us within the stipulated 24 hours, we will not be able to offer you a replacement or refund.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- CDs, DVDs, Bags, Shoes, Uniforms, Books & Software Packs with obvious signs of use.
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will receive an acknowledgement of the same from us. We will also notify you if the refund request is approved.
If your refund request is approved, we will process the due amount to your given bank account within 21 Business Days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund within 21 days of confirmation of refund from us, please contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Once you’ve done that and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your Invoice No & Date.
To return your product, you should mail your product to an address provided by us during the return process only. Shipping costs are non-refundable in case of refunds. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
- Product Use
We don't take responsibility for the manner in which our products are used and hence we are not liable for any injury/damage arising out of such usage. We urge our customers to follow all safety and precautions necessary to prevent any harm to anyone.
- Wear & Tear
All our products are designed to withstand normal wear and tear, giving a decent life service without affecting performance. However, abnormal usage and upkeep, lack of proper maintenance and accidental damages may result in product dysfunctionality. We are not liable for any such grievances/complaints.
- Collateral Damages
We are not liable to any collateral damage, which may occur using our products/services. Our maximum liability is to a paid replacement of the product only, subject to our Returns and Refund policy.
All disputes are subject to Bareilly Jurisdiction only.
